Abbreviations 

  MR = Magic Ring

Sc = Single Crochet

Inc = Increase

ch = chain

slst = slip stitch

color 1 and color 2 yarn

8mm Safety Eyes and Black Embroidery Floss


Notes

when you attach the heads together, you may find that the backs of the eyes make it look uneven.

you can easily melt the backs with a lighter. 

I recommend this tutorial, if you haven't done it before.

repeat with color 2

insert eyes between rounds 4-5, with 5 stitches between them.

embroider the smile one round down centered between the eyes

once you have made both heads, put them together with one right side on the inside of the piece, and the other right side on the outside of the piece.

using both color 1, and color 2, 2slst ch5 slst

repeat until you have 8 tentacles.
